Problem with aa gnome-canvas

Hello !

My program works with an AA GnomeCanvas. When we use it, we add 
GnomeCanvasItems.
My problem is that we cannot see the new CanvasItem before we iconify 
the window,
or we scroll the window, or...

What could I do to avoid this ?
