New Control-Center 1.5.0

The new control-center looks quite good, but a few comments:

- the new capplets have no Apply button; I find these useful to test the
settings
- the window size of the capplets are often too small; you have to
resize them in order to use them efficiently, especially if they
contain list widgets (for example Mime Types)
