GnomeDruidPages: _construct functions not public

GnomeDruidPageStart and GnomeDruidPageFinish have _construct functions for
language bindings, but these are not declared in the headers.
GnomeMessageBox also needs a construct function.
Would it break binary compatibilty to fix these? It would only involve adding
functions, not changing them.
