Gdk-pixbuf 0.14.0 "Camembert" is released

Dear lovers of the only proper thing to put between pumpernickel and
fruit preserve,

Version 0.14.0 "Camembert" of gdk-pixbuf has been released.  This
version includes a backport of the BMP loader from GTK+ 1.3 and also bug
fixes.

Changes in this version:

* Backported the BMP loader from GTK+ 1.3 (Federico).
