You don't give a lot of information here. 

But shot in the dark: you are compiling a package which requires
gdk-pixbuf. When you are compiling against a package "foo" on
a system using rpms or debs, you need "foo-devel" too. So you
probably need gdk-pixbuf and gdk-pixbuf-devel.
