dtags : full XML documentation tool

Hi all,

After this little discussion,

I maked another tool for documentation : 'dtags'.
It's between Exuberant Ctags and xlstproc : 
 - all data in C source file, 
 - XML output file,
 - HTML formating with gtk-doc style,
 - index and license internationalized.

Support GObject, latex code and comment internationalized with po are
planned, but not tomorrow.
In fact my main goal is a common tool for html documention and the
documentation of internal command system of my application (toutdoux with
guile) like the Gimp's PDB browser.
