Drawers

The drawers on the panel I think might need a small update.  If I open a
drawer on the menu-bar, the drawer-list is apparantly being displayed
under my open windows (I can't see them), although the menu shows up
over everything else just fine.

Anyways, thought I'd point this out.  If this constitutes as a bug,
lemme know, and I'll go and submit a bug report.

This is with gnome 1.2, btw.
