gnome-build will contain the bonobo components neccesary to handle
project management, like the README says. In practice, this means
it'll be a frontend for automake/autoconf
It's put in a seperate module because it aims to be environment
agnostic. Probably both gIDE and mooonsooon will be using it
when it's done.
