gnome-print stupid question

 Typing rpm -tb gnome....gz goes ok until the files part where it 
looks for all the locale stuff which it does not find. This means the 
spec file is screwed or I am dumb.

 Anyone might want to help? I know this is not for devel list but I 
won't subscribe to list or user-list since I am already subscribed to 
too much lists and I am using this for devel anyway ;)
