Has anyone on this list heard from John Ellis (the gqview author)
recently?

I made some modifications to gqview a while back, but haven't heard from
him.  gqview.netpedia.net doesn't resolve, and his geocities web page
hasn't been updated in 5 or 6 months.

I ask because I've got some more changes I'd like to make, and I'd like
to gnome-ify this program.  If no one's heard from him, it may need a
new maintainer...  :)
