pixbuf?

Hi.

I've been reading through developer.gnome.org, and I can find
documentation on gdk-pixbuf, but I cannot find the libraries/headers
anywhere.  Are they distributed seperately from gnome or do they come
included with gnome-libs?  Confused here.  Thanks for any help.
Last thing I wanna use on my project is imlib... shudder. :)
