Auto hided panels receiving DnD?

I know, but no one has answered this!

So Will this "feature" will be included into gnome-core 1.2???

I mean that if you want to drag something (let's say a file) to a
hided (auto hide) panel you can't, because the panel will remain
hided.

Or is this perhaps a WM issue??
