Sorry about that.
Umm, try http://www.xiph.org/ogg/index.html as a start. Basically,
Ogg is a lot like quicktime, as a framing format that encapsulates
multiple bitstreams, lets you synchronize them, etc. Currently Ogg is
used as the format for the Vorbis codec, a superious replacement to
the mp3 format.
