GtkHtml patch

I'm sending this here since there`s no HACKING file in gtkhtml and I can't
find a more appropriate place. If I'm wrong suggestions are welcome :-)

In order to compile gtkhtml from cvs (HEAD) I had to do this:

http://www.cli.di.unipi.it/~zunino/gtkhtml.patch

I'm using gdk_pixbuf HEAD, BTW.

The libart stuff is only to fix undef. references to ART_* macros but
maybe it's not really needed and it's only my system that's missing
something.
