As far as I know you can do a 'rpm -Ivh gdk-pixbuf' to install both
versions.
My recommendation is - wait :) wait until gnome-core, eog, etc. etc. all
depend on gdk-pixbuf 0.7.0 - Thats just my personal recommedation - feel
free to do what you want :)
