[HELIX] Sawmill 0.26

I donwloaded the three packages of sawmill and upgraded from 0.25.2

No problems installing them but when starting a new session sawmill
won't start and "gnome" will wait forever.

This can be fixed updating librep from 0.11.1 to 0.11.2, the problem
here is that I was able to install sawmill because of the wrong
dependence.
