Supporting non-English languages

Hi all,

I was working under gnumeric (0.48) and I noticed that the preview print
window don't prints well caracters like байипнмс ... so I send the bug
report here because I don't know where to send it if to gnome-print
maintainers o to gnumeric ones.

Also, in the array I can't put this caracters, I must use the top entry
directly if I want to do so...

Hope this is the rigth place to send the bug.
