About gnome-announce-list

Please make sure you're on gnome-announce-list if you want to receive
GNOME announcements.

Federico wants me to send all announcements to gnome-list as well as
gnome-announce-list, but that doesn't really make sense - if you wanted to
get announcements, you'd be on gnome-announce-list, right? :)
