Whereabouts of gnome-mdi-hello.c

I recall seeing a series of gnome-hello example programs.  I was
especially interested in the gnome-hello-mdi.c program.  This seems to
be missing from the current CVS gnome target.  Does anyone know what
happened to this, or where I could get a copy?
