Maybe the icon could be exposed to the program and actually be an
Animator widget so that you can construct animations and pass them
(e.g. blinking)? I don't know enough about the Animator widget to know
if that is practical or not, but it sounds like a fun idea.

Anyone want to watch a film in such an icon? ;)
