Can I put Electric Ears on gnome CVS?

Hi all.

Can I put Electric Ears (a gnome audio/player/editor) on gnome CVS?
You can take a look at it on http://www.gdev.net/~torello/

Electric Ears is a very simple audio editor wich doesn't use any powerful
system like GMF. All it uses is gnome libraries, libaudiofile and esd.
It's a little project, by now, but it works... and GNOME hasn't any other
audio/player/editor.
Putting it on the cvs could help a lot also it's development...

If I can, I need also a cvs account (I haven't one)...
