New ORBit features, etc.

The panel again works with the latest CVS ORBit. Sorry for the breakage.

I've moved the FOR_PANEL tag. If you want to use the latest gnome-libs out
of CVS, for maximum benefit you will need the latest ORBit with its cool
new feature.

The new feature in ORBit solves the problem of compiling an IDL file that
#include's another IDL file (the compiled output of which may already be
part of libgnorba). For a usage example, please see the top & bottom of
gnome-libs/idl/GnomeObject.idl
