Well, the gnome-libs task-list mentions that everything that uses the
about-box should make sure that it only pops up one box at a time, and
raise it if already up. So I figured we should be nice boys and do as
we are told ;)

I agree though, it's a tiny detail. The apps that can bring up lots of
propboxes are worse... gnome-pager for example.
