Startup button properties dialog(req. of a change)

In the startup button configuration dialog we have:


   Name:    ____________________

  Comment:  --------------------

  Command:  --------------------

    Type:   ____________________

              | No icon |

                             ---  --------


I want it to be:

   Name:    ____________________

  Comment:  --------------------

  Command:  --------------------

    Type:   ____________________

               ---------
              |         |
        Icon: |  None   |
              |         |
               ---------

                             ---  --------
           ________________ | V || Browse |
                             ---  --------


Reason: correct Russian translation of "No Icon" is "Net pictogrammy"
but even slang translation "Net ikonki" will not fit in that square
I am sure that button cause problem for some other translations as well


1) Do people agree with that change?

2) Would someone do it or I should do it myself?
