problems with autogen.sh

I downloaded the entire gnome distribution via anon-cvs today.   I'm
encountering problems when
I try and run the autogen script.  For example, in the control-center
module, there are m4 macros called in configure.in that aren't defined
under the control-center/macros directory.

Am I missing something?

Running aclocal  -I macros ...
