BUILD: new glade spec, desktop files

I'm ready to commit a spec file for glade.  I won't bother posting diffs,
as they're essentially identical to the previous diffs and spec.in files
I've posted.

I also added glade.desktop, as well as the appropriate changes to
glade/Makefile.am:
