gnome-debug 0.1.4 & dryad 0.1.3

Hello,

I've put together a new release of gnome-debug and dryad.

* Changes

        * Watchpoints are supported.  "Set watchpoint" now appears in
          the variable viewer's context menu, selecting it sets a 
          watchpoint.

        * The backend is now selected based on the mime-type of the
          target.  (Yeah, there's only one backend currently, but
          it helps to be prepared).

        * UI Changes:
          - In Dryad, the source viewer is now in the same window 
            as the toolbars and the menu.
          - Dryad has more menu items to go with the toolbar buttons.
          - Some of the context menus used large icons rather than
            menu-size icons.  This is fixed.
          - The source viewer now deals better with stack frames that 
            have no associated source file.
