I am starting to wrap the new API for C++ again. There are a lot of
changes, with very little documentation, and changes that are not
mentioned in the ChangeLog.

It would help me if the documentation (such as it is) was online. It
would also help if you gave me general permission to make simple fixes
in libgda.
