this one is just in need of an update to the new evolution-data-server
API. So, I'd vote for not removing it, just keep it disabled.

yes, no one has ever used them, and we seem to have better ways of
running commands now, so yes, I vote for removing them.

As soon as you finish, I'll release 1.9.99. So, please, everybody
(specially Murray), have a look at it and let us know of any missing
thing, so that we can fix it before the 2.0.0 release.
