For FC4 you need to install: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/4/i386/gnome-common-2.8.0-3.noarch.rpm 

For FC3 you need to install: http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/extras/3/i386/gnome-common-2.8.0-1.noarch.rpm
