[gnome-db] create/drop table for MySQL

Hello,

Create and Drop table functionality added to HEAD for MySQL. The data mappings between MySQL and GDA are in the function gda_mysql_type_from_gda() in utils.c Let me know if anyone see any problems. Will work on multi column index creation next. MySQL users/programmers, please test and let me know any issues.
