[gnome-db] trouble building libgnomedb 1.0.3

I was able to build libgnomedb 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 on SuSE Linux 8.2, but I'm 
getting what appear to be intltool-related errors with 1.0.3.  First, it 
complained about XML::Parser.  After installing the perl-XML-Parser 
package, it complained about the OrigTree module.

Upgrading intltool from 0.25 to 0.27.2 doesn't help.  Google came up with 
some dirt on 0.28:

Something about having to add OrigTree to EXTRA_DIST in Makefile.am, which 
won't be necessary in the next release of intltool.
