[gnome-db] no describe_column() for list

When I run a program that includes a GnomeDbForm of type FORM_TYPE_LIST, I
see the following assertion failure:
CRITICAL **: file gda-data-model.c: line 374
(gda_data_model_describe_column): assertion `CLASS (model)->describe_column
!= NULL' failed
Would it be appropriate to give GdaDataModelList the same stub
implementation that Array and Hash have?
