[gnome-db] Problems with providers

	Hello.

	I use RH8 and have compiled from source: libgda-0.12.1,
libgnomedb-0.12.2, mergeant-0.12.1. (compiled libgnomedb-0.12.2, because
0.12.1 won't compile).

	libgda compiled supporting postgres and mysql providers. I can create
new data sources with these providers both from mergeant and writing
code using libgda. But when listing providers from code, always get only
the default provider, not the other two; whereas if I list them from
mergeant, all the providers appear and can connect to data sources from
mergeant, but not writing code.

	The error is this one:

Error: Could not find provider PostgreSQL in the current setup

failed

	Also, trying to list datasources from code shows:

(g_utf8_validate): assertion `str != NULL' failed
[Invalid UTF-8]

	three times. What can I do to solve this problems?
