no, the patch included removing const in a lot more places, even, for
instance, in gda_connection_get_errors, IIRC. That's what I was
referring about. I just asked you to send a patch with the changes to
GdaValue and GdaRow *only*. That's all. Is this clear now? If so,
please, just send the patch, and I'll immediately approve it.

well, let's try to work it out. My native language isn't English
neither, so let's try to work it out, instead of just giving up.

What you dont understand this time? :-( I just asked you to send a patch
for the const changes in GdaRow and GdaValue *only*. I guess this is as
easy as getting your current patch and removing the (few) things not
related to that. Then, I asked you to send another patch with those
changes you might have removed for the first patch.

Did I explain it correctly now?

Does this mean you are leaving us? If so, please, re-consider it. I am a
busy person, and, as I said, my native language is not English, so if
there are things that are not clear, please ask them here on the list,
and we'll ask another person to answer instead of myself. I don't think
a miscommunication is a reason to leave the project, which indeed needs
your contributions.

cheers
