[gnome-db] Lastest Mergeant - Small bug?

I have finally got the lastest version of mergeant to build - instead of
trying to chase all the dependancies myself I upgraded my version of
Debian.

The biggest improvment to strike me right away is that the table list
doesn't get re-drawn several times a second while mereant is querying the
database schema - this is a tremendous improvment!

I also notice a neat log of SQL statements and how long each took to
execute.  Unfortunately the timestamp shown is incorrect and looking at
the value displayed, something somewhere is using the 'struct tm' returned
from localtime(3) or gmtime(3) and forgetting to add the 1900 to the
tm_year field.
