[gnome-db] releasee

Hi

Given that we are expending more time than expected to release the
0.9beta1 (aka 0.8.193), and given that gnome-db-fe shouldn't be used
anymore instead of mergeant, I think I'm gonna prepare a release
tonight.

This will mean that 0.9beta1 will be now called 0.8.194, and 0.8.193
will be just a temporary release before the beta.

If nobody has nothing against it, I'll release tonight.
