[gnome-db] Latest commits web page

Hi there!

I found myself clicking on the link of a mail from cvs-commits-list to
view the changes made by someone else.

Now i've set up a page where you can see the last 100 commits in any of
the mergeant related modules (updated on every mail received). I find it
useful to do code review and to learn from what others have done.

Any suggestion is welcome. Once this is stable, we'll move it into
gnome-db-web module.
