[gnome-db] GDA apps in C#

Hi

I've just committed to Mono CVS (http://www.go-mono.com) the support
needed for GDA bindings for C#.

This is part of the GTK# (http://gtk-sharp.sf.net) project, which is
doing bindings for most GNOME libraries. This means that you can now
write GDA apps in C#, if you want. They are not tested, but should work,
but if you find any problem, please tell me.

I'll be working next on adding bindings for libgnomedb.
