[gnome-db] CVS branches and plan

Hi

After the release, here's some explanation of how is everything set up.

In the release-0-9-branch of the 3 modules (libgda, libgnomedb and
mergeant) is the current 0.8.199 and what will be the 0.9 release.
Changes to this branch only include bug fixes for critical things, no
new features or big changes allowed here.

On HEAD is the development version (called 0.11.0), to which you can
commit whatever you want.

It is important to note that any change made to the release-0-9-branch
should also be made to HEAD.

Also, I'd like to start discussing what features we need for a 1.0
release, so that we can start working, on HEAD, on it, and have it ASAP,
since this is important for the visibility of the project. So, I'll be
looking over bugzilla to see what we have there, but I'd really
appreciate if people could give opinions on what they would include/fix
for a GNOME-DB 1.0 release.
