[gnome-db] making 0.9 release

Hi

After a really busy period, I think I'll have enough time to at least
make the long awaited 0.9 release.

So, this is a warning that the release is going to happen very soon, so
if you want fixes to be in the release, please commit them to the 0.9
CVS branch.

As soon as I get approval from Vivien, I'll make the release.
