[gnome-db] Finally got connected but .....

Hi.

I've finally got connected with mergeant to my Postgres DBs. I Just
changed the IP address from 192.168.0.3 to 127.0.0.1 and it got
connected. Now I ask you all what is the difference of being connectesd
via loop device or via 192.168.0.3? Is one more secure than the other or
what? And why is one working and the other not?
