gda-sybase isn't complete yet, sorry :-( If we could have somebody work
on it, or even better, work on the FreeTDS provider
(http://www.freetds.org) we'll obtain, in one shot, support for
accessing Sybase and MS SQL server.
I would work on it if I had a sybase/ms sql server installation to test
it.

that seems an identifier from the cslib/ctlib headers. Can you grep over
those .h files and find out where it is defined? Hopefully somebody with
a better knowledge of sybase than me will give you a better answer.
cheers
