[gnome-db] Problem with postgres-provider and postgreSQL 7.3

Hi Vivien,

do you still maintain the gda-postgres-provider?

It has a little problem with the new postgreSQL 7.3, because the
function get_postgres_aggregates does a 
SELECT a.aggname, ....FROM pg_aggregate a....
but the old column aggname has been renamed to aggfnoid. 

The new column contains the full name schema.aggregate (pg_catalog.avg,
pg_catalog.sum, ...)
