[gnome-db]API reference

Hi!

I've just added to libgda CVS the beginning of the API reference. Right
now, they're almost empty since lots of functions are not documented in
the source code.

But, well, its the beginning, and I'm planning to continue, but, well,
as always, any help is appreciated :-)
