libpq is in postgresql-dev, I think (or libpsql which is its name in
debian).

But, I'd suggest you get the sources for the 0.2.93 release
(ftp://ftp.gnome-db.org/pub/gnome-db/sources/0.2.93) and try to build
RPMs from the tar.gz (rpm -ta file.tar.gz).

There are lots of changes from the 0.2.10, but we don't have RPMs for
altest versions because nobody has made them, so if you succeed in doing
the RPMs from 0.2.93, please, send them to me :-)
