several features, so if you want to get it, I propose you have a look at the
sources (gda-mysql-* files) and I'll have a look at them also myself to know
what's missing, and then we'll change ideas, bugs...

rolodex needs some changes, it works, but it should provide a GUI connection
dialog, and the most important, it needs to use the widgets in the GDA UI lib,
so if you feel like rewriting it, I won't disagree.
