Username in login dialog

Hi all!

As suggested yesterday by Brian, I've added the username stuff to the
GnomeDbLogin widget. Now, it saves the user name used for the connection
to the datasource in the $HOME/.gnome/gdalib file. This is in CVS.

what is missing is to add this to the gda_connection_open function, so
that it uses this user name if no user name is given as a parameter to
the function. This will come shortly.
