Unable to use anything in gnome-db

Hello... I have the new version of gnome-db & libgda.  I have libgda
compiled using mysql.

Oddly, when I run gnome-db, I can't do anything.  With the fe & builder...
if I click new... there is nothing there and nothing happens.  Nothing in
any of the gnome-db applications does anything.

Wondering if anyone else has had the same problem... or know a fix.
