You mean to have a gda-mysql-server executable? To build the MySQL server,
you must specify --with-mysql=prefix, where prefix is where MySQL is
installed on your system. This is same for every server, except the ODBC
server, which is built by default. You must pass a --with-<database>
parameter to the configure/autogen.sh
